If you know me in real life, you know I’m a sucker a for some tacos. By far my absolute favorite food in this world. They’re so versatile you can basically make anything you’re craving and still have an amazing version of a taco!

I don’t have any super specific background or story for this recipe. I won’t go into detail about my grandmothers or any sappy story this time. I just really love tacos and wanted a super simple way to have nice crispy shells and a very easy filling but it still taste so good you can’t just have one or two.

When I say simple, I really mean simple. All I did for the tacos themselves was brown some ground beef, get rid of the grease, drain some black beans, add some taco seasoning and mix it all up. Then I put them on a tortilla with some cheese then fried them in a pan for like 6 minutes each. My pan fit 3 at a time so it went super fast.

The sauce was also very low effort but very high reward. I just took all the ingredients and blended it until it reached the consistency I was looking for. No separate bowls or mixing things at different times.

If you make this recipe make sure to post pics and tag me and let me know if you made any adjustments to the recipe! Remember cooking is suppose to be fun and experimental!
